Your orders are shipped from our warehouses in Utah or New York. The average delivery time for the US (mainland) is 2-3 working days and 6-7 working days for Canada. For other countries, please contact us for estimate.

You can change the shipping address in your account or on the checkout page when placing an order. If you want the order to be delivered to another address, please get in touch. However, for security reasons, we are unable to ship orders paid by Paypal to alternative addresses.

Yes, your items will come in one package. We own our stock and always have items in stock ready for dispatch.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
If you have received a wrong item, returns are free. If you changed your mind, please return the item at your own cost. The item must be unopened and in its original condition.
If this happens, we will arrange a return label for you. A replacement item will be sent to you by expedited mail at no extra cost.
If this happens, please take photos of the damage and we will initiate a refund and/or replacement.
